Kislev

We had a really fun cake decorating competition using the story of Rosh Chodesh Kislev. We the had an exciting theme of the year breakout by Year 12, fllowed by energetic dancing!

In honour of Yud Daled Kislev, the girls had a competition to create a poster and skit showing what the day is. they also made beautiful centre peices in preparation for Yud Tes Kislev.

Yud Tes Kislev was a full Friday program! We started off with an interactive chassidus before davening followed by davening as a whole school! We then split off into workshops: decorating candles and spreading that light by davening for a specific hostage; a jeapordy game and a drama workshop! We then wrote panim and headed to the hall for a beautiful brunch accompanied by a truly inspiring talk by Rabbi M Gordon.

The week of Chanukah we had lunch and learns, dreidel sequin art, chocolate game and a chinese auction.
